🇰🇭 🇸🇬 Singapore-based real estate developer Sir Stamford Raffles Group (SSRG) is embarking on a significant venture in Cambodia, constructing a 22.6-hectare freehold township near Phnom Penh's new international airport.

The flagship project, named Marum Estate, commenced construction in October and spans an area equivalent to approximately 35 to 40 football fields in Kandal province. This luxury mixed-use development scheduled for completion by 2030. It will feature 642 landed residences, 259 shophouses, and various amenities including retail outlets, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.
