Over the course of her remarkable career, more than 2,000 employees have come and gone—and Sharlean has outlasted them all, with no signs of slowing down. In fact, the majority of our current workforce wasn’t even born when she began her journey here in February of 1966.
Sharlean’s hands have built and assembled instruments that fly on some of the world’s most respected military aircraft, including the C‑130J, F‑16, F‑18, F‑35, and others. Her work has literally taken flight across generations, supporting missions, protecting service members, and upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.
But what truly sets Sharlean apart is not just the quality of her work—it’s the quality of her character. Her approach to life and to her craft is rooted in goodness, humility, and quiet strength. That goodness is contagious. It lifts up the people around her, shapes the culture of her team, and leaves an imprint on everyone fortunate enough to work with her.
Sharlean is more than a long‑tenured employee—she is a living example of dedication, integrity, and the quiet power of doing things the right way, every day.
Sincerely,
Patrick Bauman, President
