A career defined by integrity, collaboration, and steady leadership. A legacy built on long-term growth, job security for hardworking men and women across central Kentucky, and a belief in continuous improvement.

Today, we recognize and celebrate Jimmy Thornberry for his vision, leadership, and commitment to the mission of Powell Valley Millwork. His impact is reflected not only in the company we are today, but in the opportunities created for our people and communities nearly four decades.

Thank you, Jimmy, for what you have built and for the foundation you have laid for the future. Congratulations on a well-earned retirement.

While Jimmy is stepping away from his day-to-day responsibilities as CEO, we are pleased that he will remain involved in an advisory role throughout our expansion project. We look forward to continuing to see him around our facilities in the months ahead!
