Every Detail Matters! 🔨🪨

Behind the scenes of our Hollywood project!

Our team is carefully preparing and shaping stone elements that will be used to restore and transform the entrance steps.

Quality craftsmanship starts long before the final installation — and it’s all about getting every detail right.

Stay tuned to see how it all comes together! 👀

How do you restore a 100-year-old home while keeping its original character? 🏛️

Welcome to one of our most interesting restoration projects in Hollywood!

Working on a property with over a century of history requires a completely different approach. It's not just about renovation — it's about preserving the details that make a home unique.

For this project, our team worked on several distinctive features:

✔️ Reconstructing the entrance with natural stone

✔️ Restoring traditional tiled flooring

✔️ Carefully shaping and finishing stone details

✔️ Protecting natural stone and tiles with specialist treatments

✔️ Restoring original-style wooden handrails with custom curves and angles

Every element came with its own challenges, but our goal remained the same: to make the restored features feel as though they had always been part of the house.

From natural stone to traditional woodworking, this project brought together different skills, materials and techniques.

Over the next few posts, we'll take you behind the scenes and show you how we brought each detail back to life.

Because restoring a historic home isn't just about changing how it looks. It's about respecting its story.

Some things are passed down through generations. ❤️

Not just skills or knowledge, but the joy of being together, helping each other and feeling part of something bigger.

A little family moment behind the scenes as the UCC team gets ready for its next chapter.

The next generation is already cheering us on! 🥹

We’re excited to announce that Ukrainian Construction Company will be exhibiting at the Selfbuild Extend & Renovate Show Ulster this November.

For two days, the Eikon Exhibition Centre will bring together homeowners, builders, designers and industry experts — all under one roof.

For UCC, it’s a chance to step away from the building site for a moment, meet you face-to-face, show what we do and talk about your future projects.

Planning a renovation, extension or self-build? Come over, meet the team and have a chat about your ideas.

Clean lines. Clear glass. Nothing extra. 🤍

This bathroom is all about space, light and geometry.

The glass keeps everything feeling open and airy, while the strong, clean lines give the whole room a beautifully structured look.

Minimal without feeling cold.
Simple without being ordinary.

Sometimes the best design is the one that knows exactly when to stop.

A little note to our clients. 💛

We want to sincerely apologise to those of you who have been waiting for a visit, a quote or a response from our team.

Over the past few weeks, we've taken on a significant amount of work and, unfortunately, underestimated the time needed to manage everything.

As a result, some appointments we promised haven't happened, and some of you have been left waiting longer than you should have.

We understand this is frustrating, and we take full responsibility.

We're working hard to catch up, respond to outstanding enquiries and arrange visits wherever possible.

Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued trust in UCC.

We truly appreciate it. 💙

🖤 Black & Olive Bathroom

Moody bathrooms just hit differently. 🖤

Deep olive tones, bold black details and warm textures give this space exactly the right amount of drama.

Dark, sophisticated and seriously good-looking — proof that a bathroom doesn’t need to be bright and white to feel incredible.

Would you go this dark in your home? 👀

📩 DM us to start planning your renovation.

**Olive, warm earthy tones and black — sometimes the colours do all the talking. 🌿🖤**

The olive walls create a calm, natural backdrop, warmer rust-toned details bring character, and the black fixtures add just enough contrast to pull the whole design together.

Bold enough to feel different, but balanced enough to live with every day.

Would you choose this colour combination for your bathroom? 👀

📩 Thinking about a renovation? Message UCC to arrange a consultation.

Something exciting is happening behind the scenes at UCC. 👀

We’re preparing to exhibit at the Selfbuild Extend & Renovate Show Ulster on 7–8 November 2026 at the Eikon Exhibition Centre, Lisburn.

There’s plenty to do before the doors open — planning the stand, preparing materials and, of course, adding a few handmade UCC touches along the way. 🔨

We’ll be sharing the preparation process over the next few weeks, so stay tuned.
