A permanent position is available for a Payroll & Finance Administrator to join our team in Cape Town.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised individual with strong administrative and payroll experience to manage HR, payroll, finance administration, compliance records, and company asset administration.
Key Responsibilities include:
✔ HR, Payroll & Employee Administration
✔ Time & Attendance, Leave, Skills Development & Employment Equity records
✔ Monthly payroll for factory staff and contract workers
✔ Employment contracts, onboarding & performance administration
✔ Company assets, vehicle records, insurance and licensing
✔ Invoice processing, payments, cashbook reconciliations & commission calculations
✔ Financial queries, audit filing, and compliance documentation
Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Minimum 2 years administrative experience
• Knowledge of Psiber (or similar) and BCEA
• Knowledge of VAT & Company legislation
• Syspro experience advantageous
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Clear criminal record (background checks will be conducted)
