𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆! 🧱
Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Grade 3 learners from Holy Cross School to Makana Brick for a factory tour. It was wonderful to share a behind-the-scenes look at how our bricks are made and give these curious young minds a glimpse into the world of brick manufacturing.

Thank you for visiting us! We hope you enjoyed the experience as much as we enjoyed having you.

Our people. Our priority. ❤️
At Makana Brick, looking after our employees goes beyond the workplace.

As part of our commitment to their health and well-being, we've established an on-site clinic, a dedicated space where our employees can receive important healthcare services.

Through our monthly Medical Surveillance Days, and with the support of our very own Sister from Momentum Wellness, our team has access to essential health assessments, including eye tests, hearing tests, lung function tests and general medical examinations. It's one of the ways we invest in the people who contribute to Makana Brick's success every day.

A special thank you to Momentum Wellness for helping us make this important initiative possible and for partnering with us in prioritising the health and well-being of our team.

Unlike painted surfaces, the beautiful colours of clay face bricks are naturally developed during the manufacturing and firing process. The minerals within the clay, combined with extremely high firing temperatures, create rich, lasting colours that become an integral part of the brick itself.

Because the colour isn't simply a coating applied to the surface, there's no paint to peel, flake or require regular repainting. Even after years of exposure to sunlight and changing weather conditions, quality clay face bricks retain their natural colour and character.
