Working closely with a Senior Sales Representative, you’ll support the sales process through:

🔹 Customer order processing and follow-ups
🔹 SAP order administration
🔹 Customer and internal sales support
🔹 Product, pricing and stock enquiries
🔹 Accurate, efficient sales administration

Industry experience is essential. Candidates must have previous experience within the furniture hardware, furniture fittings, cabinetry or related industry, as well as strong SAP and order-processing knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who is switched on, proactive, accurate and a great communicator, with the ability to work at pace and take ownership.

Häfele South Africa is looking for a confident, proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our Cape Town team in Stikland from January 2027.

This is a hands-on role supporting our sales team, customers and the day-to-day operation of the branch.

Key responsibilities include: 🔹 Sales administration and customer support
🔹 Processing and following up on customer orders
🔹 Stock administration and stock control
🔹 Coordinating couriers, deliveries and collections
🔹 Resolving queries and keeping customers and colleagues informed
🔹 Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, customer-focused and confident taking ownership. You should be proactive, solution-orientated and comfortable managing several priorities at once.

Previous experience in sales administration, stock control and customer service is essential. Experience in the furniture hardware, fittings or cabinetry industry would be advantageous.
