Today I want to talk about selfishness,

It is not selfish to work out.
It is not selfish to eat properly.
It is not selfish to sleep an adequate amount.
It is not selfish to see a psychologist who can help you with your mental fitness.
It is not selfish to cancel plans.
It is not selfish to pay yourself first.
It is not selfish to put your own oxygen mask on first when the plane is crashing.

These things are all self-care, not selfish.

If you put yourself at the top of your priority list and become the best version of yourself, then the people around you will be happier too and want to work with you to achieve anything.
