NATIONAL PORTS AUTHORITY SOUTH AFRICA PLAINTIFF and MV COMARCO BARGE CASE NO A537/2025

The Sheriff of the High Court, Mr Sharp, will be auctioning the COMARCO BARGE 2801 on 14th October 2025 at 10h00 at the PORT of COEGA in PORT ELIZABETH/GQEBERHA.

Peruse the attached photos and Notice of Sale in Ex*****on.

I am presently off sick but on my return to the office next week, I will obtain more information from the NATIONAL PORTS AUTHORITY w r t the time frames for dismantling and removing the Barge from the Port of Coega and if any storage costs are applicable.

The Conditions of Sale will be distributed soon thereafter.

Please advise if your company might be interested in buying it at the auction.
