Thank you for the opportunity to tell you about a project that Apex Roof Trusses will be starting and would like to give you the opportunity to get involved.
We have recognised that there are many people within the Helderberg community that experience food vulnerability. Many of the children that attend no fee schools in the Helderberg receive their only meal for the day at school. To enable the school to rather use their resources to improve infrastructure and training for their teachers.
Apex Roof Trusses will be partnering with The Bay Christian Welfare and Social Services, an NPO that focuses on community upliftment, skills development, and poverty alleviation. We would like to begin by providing a cooked meal to the 400 learners at a local school that caters for Grade R to Grade 12 once a week with the plan to expand to other schools and to eventually provide meals daily.
