Today marks the end of our Phenomenal Women of SafeTop series. We shared the women we honoured this past Women’s Month for all the hard work they’ve poured into the company.

Today we honour one final woman from the Durban Industrial Office: Shantel Naidoo. She’s been with SafeTop Industrial for the past six years, and she is a mom of two awesome kids.

Shantel is truly a phenomenal woman because she is always willing to lend a helping hand and go the extra mile whenever she can. That’s just who she is as a person. An organised woman who has all of her things in order and is ready to go above and beyond the call of duty for her colleagues because of her thoughtful nature and willingness to give back.

And rightfully, she is known as the heart of SafeTop Industrial Durban because she remembers everything and shows up for everyone around her to the best of her ability.

What a remarkable woman to close off our celebrations. Congratulations to all of the phenomenal women that we celebrated this past month. All of you deserve such a wonderful honour. And to the rest of the women at SafeTop, you are just as remarkable and worthy of being celebrated every day.

Yesterday, our team had the pleasure of joining Mica Durban North for an exciting Golf Day, where we shared the course with our trusted brand partner, Rawlplug South Africa.

Another phenomenal woman whom we celebrated this past August is Nobantu Mzankwa from the Johannesburg Industrial Office, our dedicated Checker in JIS1, whose positivity, courage, and unwavering strength inspire everyone around her.

Nobantu is known for her beautiful smile, incredible motivation, and willingness to always lend a helping hand. As a single mother of two who also cares for her mother, she carries many responsibilities with grace, yet still shows up each day with confidence, kindness, and determination. What makes her truly special is her ability to lift others even as she faces her own challenges. She is always ready to motivate her colleagues, offer support, and encourage those around her to believe in themselves. Today is another beautiful day at SafeTop to celebrate Elizabeth Makgala Matabane from our Johannesburg Retail office, whose strength, determination, humility, and commitment inspire everyone around her.

A proud mother of three, Elizabeth built her career through perseverance and by embracing every opportunity. She began in an automotive warehouse before joining SafeTop via LinkedIn, and has continually sought to learn, grow, and challenge herself.

One of Elizabeth’s proudest achievements is recognising her worth and the value of accountability. As the only female picker in her male-dominated team, she’s used the challenge to prove women’s capability, earning her colleagues’ respect through hard work and mutual support. To Elizabeth, success means knowing she is equal—and sometimes even stronger—in her industry.

Today, we get to celebrate another phenomenal woman from the Cape Town branch, whom we honoured this past Women’s Month. This time, from SafeTop Industrial.

Her name is Patricia Charles, a SafeTop pioneer who grew with the company from the days it was still housed in a barn. Patricia has seen the company through many major milestones. During her time with the business, she also became a mom of one.

According to staff testimony, she’s a real standout woman and a true role model for those around her. A truly special woman who cares deeply for others and can make anyone feel welcomed, loved, valued and respected.

Patricia truly exemplifies what it means to be a remarkable woman for everyone at SafeTop.

We're looking for a hard-working, self-motivated, goal-driven individual with at least 2 years of merchandising experience in the retail sector.

Minimum Requirements:
▪️ Matric Certificate minimum
▪️ Valid driver’s license essential
▪️ Ability to travel far and stay away from home as and when required.
▪️ Computer Literacy
▪️ Fluent in English and Afrikaans
▪️ Attention to detail is essential.
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.

We're looking for a methodical, goal-driven and self-motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years sales experience within the hardware/FMCG sector as a Sales Representative.
