Positioned opposite Surfers Paradise Beach, Iconica is set to become a defining part of the skyline, with twin towers rising 51 and 77 storeys and establishing themselves among Australia’s tallest residential developments.
At the same time, Cypress Palms continues to progress as another landmark Meriton project in the region. Planned to rise 76 and 90 storeys, Cypress Palms is set to become Queensland’s tallest residential towers, adding another bold statement to the evolving Gold Coast skyline and reinforcing Meriton’s continued investment in premium residential communities across the region.
