Tai packed everything to ride in a range of conditions from 6-8ft Cloudbreak with bigger wash throughs, to fun 4ft Restaurants and other more rippable conditions. At 187lbs / 85kg, his shortboard is around 6’1” / 30.5L, similar to our other team riders like Jack Robbo who are similar size.
Tai’s quiver then moves to slight step ups like his 6’2” , then, as he says it’s a Horse-fest. Several of his model at a similar width, but around 1/2” thicker in the 35-37L range. That’s how you order them to paddle easy, get in early, and draw a great line through the tube. Dimensions, below:
