About the role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to help with:
• Providing excellent customer service (phone & email)
• Processing and packing online/phone orders
• Answering customer enquiries
What we’re after
• Strong customer service skills
• Good written & verbal communication
• Confident using computers and the internet
Details
• 3–4 days a week, 15+ hours
• Flexible working hours (school hours available)
• Casual role, with potential for permanent part-time
• Full training provided

We are hiring!
We have a casual role available for an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our Ecommerce business located in McGraths Hill.
Key Responsibilities
-To provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers
-Answering inbound enquiries
-Processing online & phone orders
-Processing and packing orders

Selection Criteria
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Great written and verbal communication skills
-Competent computer/internet skills

September start, position is casual for now with a chance of permanent part time including more hours for the right person.

Full training provided
Must be
available school holidays
available till 4:30
available Wednesdays

20+ hours per week

Our head office and warehouse are located in Mcgaths Hill in the Hawkesbury.

With the current flood situation, we will have a delay in orders going out today but we hope to be back in the office tomorrow.
