Custom GRC allows moulds to be made to your project specifications, down to the millimetre, preferred finish and grain. The choice of mould-making option to be considered depends on the design and the number of times an element needs to be repeated, with some 3D-printed options that can help reduce mould costs for suitable applications.

Larger designs can be manufactured in smaller sections and transported to site and assembled to millmetre perfection helping to bring complex architectural forms while maintaining the original design intent.

Based on the design, repetition requirements and desired finish, project teams are able to explore a variety of moulding and production options through STONIQ by HUME.
