Congrats to Binay Singh - our very first recipient of our newly launched Operational Excellence and Transformation Award!

Over the past 18 months, as part of our continuous improvement journey and training initiatives in our Production Department, we have seen remarkable ownership from our Production Team in enhancing processes, building capabilities, and strengthening collaboration. We've also established a cross departmental committee to foster a strong problem-solving mindset and to recognize excellence on the shop floor on a monthly basis.
