Another one of our temporary kitchens out on hire 🍟
This 12ft unit was customised to suit our customer’s fish & chip service requirements. We renovated the internal layout to accommodate their preferred equipment setup, creating a practical and efficient workspace ready for service.
The original setup included turbo fan ovens and a 2-ring burner. These were removed and replaced with:
• Additional double basket fryer
• Drinks chiller
• Bain Marie
• Hot water urn
