For this recent project, timber was used across both the deck and custom outdoor furniture, bringing warmth and character to the space. Exposed to sun, rain, humidity, and everyday use, outdoor timber deserves the right care.

這就是一個 60 年歷史的松木地板如今的模樣。
這款松木拼花地板（厚度約 25 mm）原本帶有的亮光漆面。後來，經過重新處理並塗上 OSMO 歐詩木透明無色半啞光硬質蠟油後，呈現出截然不同的風貌：松木天然的多元色彩更加突出，整體感覺更溫暖、更有生命力 – 木質結構重新展現深度與個性。

𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝟰𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The Awards Presentation Ceremony for the 4th Edition of Build4Asia Awards was held on Thursday 7 May at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to a full house, held under the theme of 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲!

Winners across multiple categories were conferred with Hong Kong Housing Society taking the Jury Prize, the Excellence in Sustainability Gold Award.

Following the Awards Presentation Ceremony, PRC Magazine hosted a Cocktail Party & Networking Event, sponsored by OSMO.

These exclusive pieces were then auctioned to two lucky bidders, with proceeds supporting the Sunbeam Theatre Restoration Project.

Hosted at Brick Lane, just minutes from HKCEC, Manager Joe Wong and her superb team ensured flawless service, with the resident chef delighting guests with surprisingly delicious canapés perfectly paired with fine New Zealand wines selected by ROF Media. The evening sparkled with a music and travel themed lucky draw featuring prizes from Sony, Samsonite, JBL and Soundwave, while Hong Kong’s own DJ Bryce T kept the celebration stylish and spirited with contemporary club grooves and classic 80’s house.
