We are not here to judge, only educate. Lump Charcoal is the preferred cooking fuel for a . Can you use brickets? Sure. You won’t get the best Green Egg experience though. Trust us, Lump is the way to go! Some of our favorites:

It’s that time of year again • Customer: “my green egg isn’t getting hot enough. Thinking about getting rid of it”

No need to get rid of it! A quick turn of the firebox, and you’ll be back in business!

Make sure to put your firebox back into your green egg properly after removing or cleaning the - the bottom cut out of the firebox should align with the bottom vent for maximum air flow!

Egg on folks!
