We would like to introduce the next position Vice President, Jen Duranceau, aka “Coach Mom.”

Her role is to oversee teams and each age division;
• Coordination of field practice & game schedule
• Manage tournament information & opportunities
• Umpire acquisition & hiring for home games
• Attend annual league meeting & distribution of team contacts
• Assist during program registration and oversee jersey # distribution

Jen brings experience in many areas including:
Implemented and coordinated Birnamwood Youth Softball for 4 yrs.
Coach and Assisted with Witt-Birn Youth Softball for 3 yrs
WBHS JV Softball Coach going on 2 yrs
WBHS JV2 Volleyball Coach for 2 yrs
Church Rel Ed Coordinator 10 yrs, Altar Society President 2 yrs, Parish Council Secretary 3 yrs and Liturgy Committee 4 yrs.

Jen is married to Craig for 26 years with 4 children; Jared, Amra, Dominic & Jasmin.
Blessed with 3 grandbabies; Creue 3 yrs old, Maya 2 yrs old & Elianna 1 yr old.
With 2 dogs; Finn & Raven with 1 cat Mizuno.

She works at Liberty Mutual Insurance as Work Comp adjuster for 18 years.

Jen is described as organized, detail oriented, structured and efficient and hope those qualities will help me with this new position because the girls deserve it.

Her Favorite motto; Don’t wish for it, WORK for it!

With the Brewers big World Series win and baseball season is officially done we felt it’s a great time to switch to softball!

We would like to share, individually, who makes up our new Board of Directors, their role, goals, experience, and some information that lets you know a little bit about them.

We welcome our first president Jeremy Schmidt, he resides in Birnamwood.

Jeremy’s role is to make sure members and himself follow all the league statues. To keep communication clear between members, coaches, and parents so the league can continue to grow and be the most efficient.

Jeremy brings with him experience in leadership from being apart of organizations that also have required the same discipline. Growing up farming Jeremy has also learned what hard-work and determination provides. His level-headed, team leader personality will be a great asset.

Jeremy is married to Trisha, they have two daughters Tori and Bree. They became apart of the softball family when their oldest, Tori, started playing with the league 4 years ago. He works at Olson Dairy Farm, in Birnamwood.

🥎 Exciting things are happening! 🥎

With our 2026 season officially in the books, we're excited to share some big news about our program!

We've reorganized with a new name, an established Board of Directors, and we're officially a nonprofit organization!

We're excited about this new chapter and what it means for the future of youth softball in our community. We have some great things ahead and can't wait for next season!

Proper mechanics make the difference as young pitchers grow. That’s why our Fall Softball Pitching Series begins all the way down in 1st grade and progresses through advanced high-school pitching.

➡1st–3rd: Build the foundation
➡ 4th–6th: Develop mechanics, drive, change-up & power
➡7th–12th: Expand pitch selection and advanced mechanics

Instead of trying to teach every pitcher the same thing, each age group receives instruction designed for their stage of development.

4 weeks beginning Sunday October 18

The 8U girls winning their first tournament!!A little note from Coach Nikki:
Wow what a season!!! We have officially played our last game today and the growth is amazing! We went from last place and in our first tournament, then 2nd in the Marathon tournament and a big 🥇in Colby/Abby today! I am so proud of this team and it was truly a privilege to be your coach! 🥰
