Meet Erin Hoffman, division assistant! 👋

Erin’s career began right out of high school, where she started as a part-time bank teller and quickly worked her way into business banking. Over her 8.5 years there, she built a strong foundation in numbers and finance, an area she’s always been naturally drawn to.

When she was ready for a new opportunity with more flexibility, Erin learned about an opening at Kinsley Materials through a family friend and joined the team soon after. In her current role, she keeps things moving by managing materials quotes, accounts receivable and client communications. She loves the variety her role brings and that no two days are ever the same.

Her favorite part of the job is continuing to learn and being part of such a close-knit, supportive office. She values how welcoming the team was from day one and how willing everyone is to jump in, share knowledge and help each other succeed. Erin also appreciates Kinsley Materials’ strong commitment to work-life balance, especially for families.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, beach days, reading and getting outdoors whenever she can. She’s also excitedly preparing for her next big adventure—welcoming her first son in July!

We’re delivering concrete for the PPL Electric Utilities Chanceford 500kV transmission line project—a major 14-mile upgrade that includes 74 new power line structures. This project will add capacity to help balance the electric grid and maintain reliable service for customers. Our concrete is being used for the bases of the new structures, with some pours requiring up to 200 yards of concrete per base! So far, we’ve supplied approximately 3,700 cubic yards, with work continuing through summer 2026. Our PPL-approved mixes are tested at our plant and on-site to meet strict specifications, helping power the region safely and reliably. ⚡
