Hi, I’m Liezl — Your Framing Friend 👋

If we haven’t met yet, hi! I’m Liezl, the creative, and definitely frame-obsessed person behind You’re Framed.

To me, nothing that walks through our doors is ordinary.

A photograph isn’t just a photograph.
A child’s drawing isn’t just paper.
That old concert ticket, handwritten recipe, painting, medal or wonderfully random treasure you’ve kept for years?

It has a story — and I love finding the perfect way to tell it.

There isn’t a frame that leaves my shop without my personal touch.

I’m involved in every piece, from choosing the right combination to making sure the smallest details are just right.

Because you’re not simply handing us something to frame.

You’re trusting us with a little piece of your life.

And we take that very seriously… even if there’s usually plenty of laughing and chatting happening in the shop along the way. 😉

I really enjoyed working on this special project.

It was an honour to frame a South African Police Special Task Force certificate alongside the ceremonial dagger it represents.

By combining these two meaningful pieces into a single custom display, we've created something that not only preserves an incredible achievement but tells a story of dedication, service and pride.
