The Wauwatosa Police Department solar installation features 621 panels, a system size of 365 kWdc. This combination of rooftop and ground mounted modules offsets nearly three quarters of the building’s energy consumption!

This solar array follows the Wauwatosa Common Council’s goals of reducing their municipal emission levels to 50% by 2030, and source 25 % of their power from renewable sources. Though the project faced unique challenges with space constraints and complex interconnectivity, our Energy Experts engineered a solar array to maximize output and work with the existing generators and power infrastructure.
