🎀 A little pink for a meaningful cause! Our team came together to show their support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, recognizing the individuals and families whose lives have been touched by breast cancer. While October comes to a close, we continue to stand with those impacted every day. 💗

🎃 Tilcon Connecticut was happy to support a local Plainville tradition, the Mega Metacomet Halloween Thriller! Each year, this Halloween tradition collects food donations to benefit the Plainville Community Food Pantry. We were glad to contribute by purchasing groceries from Gnazzo’s, a local grocery store right here in town, to help support the cause. 🧡

A friendly reminder: Our Tilcon Connecticut Food Drive is also underway through November 30! We are accepting canned goods or nonperishable food donations at any Tilcon office or scale house. Tilcon will match all donations, helping make every contribution go even further. Thank you for your continued support!🥫

Our Newington office got into the Halloween spirit as employees and their families joined us for an afternoon of trick-or-treating, crafts, and creative costumes! 🍬

A big shout-out to our Halloween Committee for transforming the office with festive decorations and helping bring the Halloween spirit to life! From spooky surprises to family fun, it was a great way to bring our Tilcon team together and celebrate the season! 🕸️🦇

Thanks to everyone who helped make this event a treat! 🎃

Great to welcome Luke Bronin to our Plainville facility! During his visit, we had the opportunity to showcase our operations and discuss how our materials help build and maintain Connecticut’s infrastructure. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about our team and the work we do across the state!

Stepping away from the office to give back to our community. 💙

Our Project Management & Estimating team spent the day volunteering with the Roc Solid Foundation, a nonprofit organization that partners with hospitals across the country to provide playsets for children battling cancer.

The team built a playset for a young girl in Bridgeport fighting a brain tumor, creating a safe space where she can play, make memories, and enjoy being a kid while navigating a difficult time.

We’re grateful to our team for coming together to support this family and bring a little extra joy to their lives. Special thanks to Emily Dittman, Senior Project Manager/ Estimator, for organizing this special day.👏

Our Tilcon Connecticut Employee Appreciation Day at Winding Trails, Inc. was a great time for employees and their families to come together!

🎣 From our catch-and-release fishing tournament to outdoor games, family activities, and more, it was a fun day celebrating the people who make Tilcon what it is.

Thank you to our team for all you do!✨
